1. Merge oil from картера the engine. |
2. Remove oil картер (subsection 3.1 see). |
3. Turn away a bolt 8 (fig. of the Detail of system of greasing of the engine of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw see) fastenings of the receiver 20 oil pumps to the block of cylinders. |
4. Turn away four bolts of 19 fastenings of the receiver 20 to a cover of distributive gear wheels. |
5. Cautiously remove the receiver 20 and gear wheels 22 pumps. |
6. Clear of a dirt and wash out uajt-spiritom a grid маслоприемника. If the grid does not manage to be cleared or it is damaged, replace маслоприемник. |
7. Take out шплинт 5, being careful, that the spring 7 has not jumped out. |
8. Take out a spring 7 and a ball 6 редукционного the valve. |
9. Examine a nest редукционного the valve. On its internal surface should not be задиров and deep scratches. The ball 6 should move absolutely freely in a nest. Otherwise replace маслоприемник. |

10. Establish gear wheels in a cover of distributive gear wheels. Put a metal ruler 1 and measure probeом 2 backlash between a ruler and gear wheels 3 (4 – a cover of distributive gear wheels). A nominal axial backlash of 0,02-0,1 mm, maximum permissible – 0,13 mm. |
11. If the backlash exceeds maximum permissible, replace a cover of distributive gear wheels. If the backlash is less 0,02 mm, establish an adjusting lining 21 (fig. of the Detail of system of greasing of the engine of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw see). |
12. Collect the oil pump upside-down, preliminary having greased with engine oil of a gear wheel, an axis of gear wheels, a ball редукционного the valve and привалочную a surface маслоприемника. The moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening маслоприемника – 8 Нм. |
