THE GENERAL DATA

Numbering of contacts connecting Pads the module of ignition of engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw

Check of pressure of a food of the module of ignition

ENGINES of 1,0 l, 37 kw And 1,4 l, 50 kw

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Preliminary check up pressure of the storage battery. It should be not less than 11,5 Century
2. Disconnect колодку 3 (fig. of the Detail of system of ignition of engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw see) with wires from the module of 1 ignition.
3. Connect the voltmeter to contacts 2 (fig. Numbering of contacts connecting Pads the module of ignition of engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw see) and 4 connecting Pads the ignition module.
4. Include ignition. The voltmeter should show pressure of the storage battery. If the voltmeter shows 0, check up on wire breakage between contacts 4 Pads and "weight" and between contact 2 Pads and a safety lock № 52.
5. Disconnect колодку a plait of wires of atomizers from a plait of wires (subsection 2.7 see).
6. Connect the indicator of pressure with a light-emitting diode to contacts 1 and 4 Pads the ignition module, then to contacts 3 and 4.
7. Turn the engine a starter – the light-emitting diode should blink in both cases. Otherwise check up conducting on breakage and short circuit.
8. If there is no breakage or short circuit in wires, and the voltmeter connected to contacts 2 and 4, shows 0, replace the engine management block.
9. If there is no breakage or short circuit in wires, and the voltmeter connected to contacts 2 and 4, shows pressure of the storage battery, replace the ignition module.

ENGINES of 1,4 l, 55 And 74 kw

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Preliminary check up pressure of the storage battery. It should be not less than 11,5 Century
2. Disconnect колодку 3 (fig. of the Detail of system of ignition of engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kw see) with wires from the module of 2 ignitions.
3. Connect the voltmeter to contacts 2 (fig. Check of pressure of a food of the module of ignition see) and 4 connecting Pads the ignition module.
4. Include ignition. The voltmeter should show pressure of the storage battery. If the voltmeter shows 0, check up on wire breakage between contacts 2 Pads and the block of the relay and between contact 4 Pads and "weight".
5. Disconnect колодку a plait of wires of atomizers from a plait of wires (subsection 2.7 see).
6. Connect the indicator of pressure with a light-emitting diode to contacts 1 and 4 Pads the ignition module, then to contacts 3 and 4.
7. Turn the engine a starter. The light-emitting diode should blink in both cases.
8. If the voltmeter shows any pressure and a light-emitting diode blinks, replace the ignition module. If the light-emitting diode does not blink, check up wires on breakage or short circuit.
9. If there is no breakage or short circuit in wires, replace the engine management block.
