PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Loosen the an inhaling of bolts 9 (fig. of the Detail of a forward suspension bracket see) fastenings of a corresponding wheel.
2. Turn away a nut of 10 naves.
3. Raise and establish on reliable support a forward part of the car.
4. Remove a forward wheel, definitively having turned away bolts of its fastening.
5. Remove грязезащитный a guard картера the engine.
6. Mark position of bolts 2 (fig. Fastening of a spherical support see) fastenings of the spherical hinge on the lever of 1 suspension bracket, having led round contours of heads of bolts. It will help to keep approximately after assemblage corners of installation of wheels. Turn away bolts of 2 fastenings of a spherical support 3 to the lever.
7. By means of a special stripper 1 (fig. of Vypressovka шлицевого a tip of an external SHRUS from a nave see) выпрессуйте шлицевый a tip of an external SHRUS from a nave of 2 wheels. In the absence of a stripper it can be made hammer blows through the wooden prorate on an end face шлицевого a tip. Suspend by means of a wire a wheel drive to a body.
8. Having shifted a rack 2 on itself, establish between it and a body the wooden prorate 1.
9. Turn away two bolts 2 (fig. Fastening of a holder of a pillow of the stabilizer see) fastenings to an arm of 1 holder 5 (fig. of the Detail of a beam of a forward suspension bracket see) pillows of the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
10. Turn on on one nut 1 (fig. rack Fastening to a bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability) fastenings see and disconnect racks 3 from a bar 2 stabilizers from both parties of a suspension bracket.
11. Turn away bolts 1 (fig. Fastening of the steering mechanism to a beam of a forward suspension bracket see) fastenings of the steering mechanism to a beam 2 forward suspension brackets.
12. Fix the steering mechanism by means of a wire.
13. Turn away two bolts of 3 fastenings of a back support 2 power units to a transmission (subsection 7.1.2.1 see).
14. Establish a reliable support under a beam of a forward suspension bracket.
15. Turn away a bolt 4 (fig. Fastening of a beam of a forward suspension bracket see) on the left side of a beam. Screw instead of it aligning pin 6 (Т10096) and tighten the moment 20 Нм.
16. Turn away a bolt 4 on the right side of a beam. Screw instead of it aligning pin 6 (Т10096) and tighten the moment 20 Нм.
17. Turn away bolts 1 from both parties.
18. Turn away a bolt 2 on the left side of a beam and remove an arm 5. Instead of a bolt 2 screw aligning pin 6.
19. Clean a support and lower a beam approximately on 40 mm. Thus watch, that highways of the amplifier of a steering have not been tense.
20. Turn away a bolt 1 (fig. lever Fastening to a beam of a forward suspension bracket see) fastenings of the lever 2 to a beam 3 forward suspension brackets.
21. Remove the lever 12 (fig. of the Detail of a beam of a forward suspension bracket see) together with an arm 20.
22. Disconnect the lever from an arm, выпрессовав by means of a stripper an axis of the lever from резинометаллической arm support.
23. Grease an axis of the lever with graphite greasing.
24. Clamp an arm in a vice with overlays from soft metal on sponges.
25. Insert manually a lever axis in шестигранное an aperture резинометаллической arm support according to fig. Installation of an axis of the lever in резинометаллическую a support (surfaces And and In should coincide). Be convinced that the axis enters into an aperture without backlashes, i.e. is not turned in it. Otherwise it is necessary to replace a support (subsection 7.2.6) see.
26. Establish on the car the lever of a suspension bracket with an arm upside-down, thus having replaced bolts of fastening of a suspension bracket new. Bolts 21 and 22 (fig. of the Detail of a beam of a forward suspension bracket see) roll in the following sequence: screw a bolt 22 by hand, then bolts 21 by hand, further tighten in regular intervals serially. Carving connections of a suspension bracket definitively tighten on the car standing on the earth. Check up and if necessary adjust corners of installation of wheels.
