THE GENERAL DATA

Installation of the main cylinder on the car

1 – the main cylinder;

2 – a tank;

3 – a tank stopper;

4 – a vacuum hose;

5 – the holder;

6 – the gauge of level of a brake liquid;

7 – connecting колодка;

8 – a hose of the main cylinder of a hydraulic drive of coupling;

9 – the vacuum amplifier

The prevention
The main brake cylinder is not subject to repair, in case of malfunction it is necessary to replace it in gathering.

After removal of the main cylinder and самоконтрящиеся nuts of fastening of the main cylinder it is necessary to replace a sealing ring new.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Malfunction of the main cylinder can be defined in the wake of подтекания from it a brake liquid. More careful check can be spent at servicing deport by means of special adaptations and devices.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the top casing of the engine (subsection 2.1 see).

2. Remove the air filter (subsection 4.1 see).

3. Disconnect a wire from the plug - the storage battery. On a part of cars (the big storage battery) remove the storage battery and the holder to get convenient access to the main cylinder.

4. Disconnect колодку 7 (Installation of the main cylinder fig. see the car) from the gauge 6 levels of a brake liquid.

5. Open a stopper 3 tanks 2 and remove by means of a rubber pear as much as possible a brake liquid. Enclose under the main cylinder of 1 rag that the brake liquid has not got on a car detail.

6. Take out a vacuum hose 4 of the holder on a tank 2 main cylinders.

7. Dissolve a spring collar and disconnect a hose 8 main cylinders of a hydraulic drive of coupling from the union of a tank of the main cylinder of a brake.

8. Take the brake tubes going from the main cylinder, from the holder 5.

9. Turn away a nut of fastening and disconnect both brake tubes from the main cylinder. Muffle apertures of tubes.

10. Turn on two nuts 3 (fig. the Vacuum amplifier with the main cylinder see) fastenings of the main cylinder 1 to the vacuum amplifier 10.

11. Remove the main cylinder 1 from hairpins.

12. Having turned the main cylinder, establish it on capacity a tank mouth downwards and allow to merge to the rest of a brake liquid.

13. To remove a tank from the main cylinder, take out a pin 2, and then cautiously pull a tank 11 upwards to deduce branch pipes of a tank from sealing plugs 13. The plugs torn or lost elasticity 13 replace.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the main cylinder upside-down, having replaced a sealing ring 4 (fig. the Vacuum amplifier with the main cylinder see) irrespective of its condition.

2. It is necessary to replace also самоконтрящиеся nuts 3 new.

3. Before tank installation grease sealing plugs with 13 brake liquid.

4. After installation of the main cylinder add a liquid in a tank and pump over brake system (subsection 9.9.6 see).
