System details recycling the fulfilled gases of engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kw

1 – connecting колодка;
2 – the valve recycling;
3 – a hose to the air filter;
4 – a flange;
5 – bolts of fastening of a flange;
6 – a final collector;
7 – screws of fastening of a connecting pipe to a final collector;
8 – a bolt of fastening of a connecting pipe;
9 – a connecting pipe;
10 – bolts of fastening of the valve and an exhaust pipe;
11 – a lining

Removal and installation of elements of system recycling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug - the storage battery.

2. Disconnect колодку 1 with wires from the electromagnetic valve of 2 systems recycling.

3. Disconnect a hose 3 air filters from the electromagnetic valve of system recycling.

4. Turn away two bolts of 10 fastenings and remove the electromagnetic valve.

5. For removal of a connecting pipe 9 turn away two screws 7 and a bolt of 8 its fastenings.

6. Replace linings 11 irrespective of their condition.

7. Establish system elements recycling the fulfilled gases upside-down.

The moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of a connecting pipe – 10 Нм.
