System details recycling the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 47 kw

1 – an inlet pipe;
2 – a lining;
3 – the system valve recycling;
4 – bolts of fastening of the valve;
5 – a collar;
6 – a coupling bolt of a collar;
7 – a nut of fastening of a connecting pipe;
8 – a connecting pipe;
9 – a final collector

Valve check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the top casing of the engine (subsection 2.1 see).
2. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the union of the valve 3 (fig. of the Detail of system recycling the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 47 kw see) systems recycling.
3. Connect to the union of the valve 3 (fig. of the Detail of system recycling the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 47 kw see) the vacuum pump 1 (fig. valve Check recycling the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 47 kw see).
4. By means of the pump create depression in the valve. The membrane 4 valves should move upwards (it is possible to check to the touch fingers from below the valve), and after a detachment of the vacuum pump the membrane should return to a starting position (it is possible to define on an accurate sound). Otherwise the valve is faulty also it it is necessary to replace.

Removal and installation of elements of system recycling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the top casing of the engine (subsection 2.1 see).
2. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the union of the valve 3 (fig. of the Detail of system recycling the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 47 kw see) systems recycling.
3. Turn away two bolts of 4 fastenings of the valve of 3 systems recycling to an inlet pipe of 1 engine.
4. Turn away a coupling bolt 6 collars 5 and remove the valve of 3 systems recycling from a connecting pipe 8.
5. For removal of a connecting pipe 8 turn on two nuts of 7 its fastenings to a final collector.
6. Replace linings 2 irrespective of their condition.
7. Establish system elements recycling the fulfilled gases upside-down. Nuts of 7 fastenings of a connecting pipe to a final collector replace new.
