Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The prevention To remove and establish a transmission it is necessary on the lift or a viewing ditch. 1. Remove the top casing of the engine (subsection 2.1 see). 2. Remove the air filter (subsection 4.1 see). 3. Remove the storage battery and its holder (subsection 10.2 see). 4. Disconnect a wire from the traction relay of a starter. 5. Turn away a nut of 1 fastening and remove the holder 2 from a hairpin. Tie up it to any hose. 6. Remove the gauge of frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine. 7. Turn away three bolts 1 (fig. of Fastening of an arm of cables of a drive of a transmission of type 002) fastenings see and disconnect from a transmission an arm of 2 fastenings of cables of a drive of a transmission. 8. Remove a lock ring 5 (fig. Fastening of cables of a drive to a transmission see) axes of the lever of a choice of transfers. 9. Take out an axis 1, remove the lever 2 choice of transfers and will put it aside together with a cable. 10. Turn away a nut of 6 fastenings, remove the lever of 7 inclusions of transfers and will put it aside together with a cable. 11. Remove a starter. 12. Turn away a bolt 3 (fig. the Arrangement of the working cylinder of a hydraulic drive of coupling) fastenings see and disconnect the holder of 4 tubes of a hydraulic drive of coupling from a transmission. 14. Turn away two bolts of 2 fastenings and remove the working cylinder of 1 drive of coupling with картера couplings, without disconnecting from it a tube 5. Fix the working cylinder by means of a wire so that it did not disturb to transmission removal. The prevention After removal of the working cylinder at all do not press a coupling pedal. 15. Turn away all nuts accessible from above (fig. the Arrangement of points of fastening of a transmission of type 002 to the engine see) transmission fastenings to the engine. 16. Remove a forward left wheel. 17. Remove грязезащитный a guard картера the engine. 18. Remove локарь niches of a forward left wheel. 19. Having weakened an inhaling of coupling bolts 3 (the Connecting plug of a reception pipe of the muffler fig. see models with type 002 transmission) collars of fastening of the connecting plug 2, disconnect a reception pipe 1 from the resonator of 4 systems of release of the fulfilled gases. 20. Having turned away a bolt of 1 fastening, disconnect "a mass" wire 2 from a transmission (3 – the switch of light of a backing; 4 – an arm; 5 – a nut). 21. Disconnect колодку with wires from the switch 3 lights of a backing. 22. Turn away a nut of 5 fastenings and disconnect from a box an arm 4. Postpone an arm 4 with wires aside. 23. Disconnect both drives of wheels from flanges (subsection 7.1.3.7 see). 24. Disconnect a spherical support from the lever of a forward suspension bracket (subsection 7.2.3 see) and a rack from a bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability (subsection 7.2.7 see). 25. Take away outside a telescopic rack 2 (fig. in subsection 7.2.3 item 10 see) forward suspension bracket, establish between it and a body the wooden prorate 1. Suspend a drive of a wheel by means of a wire, for example, to a spring of a forward suspension bracket. The right drive of a wheel fix as it is possible above. Be thus cautious – do not damage a varnish covering of semiaxes. 26. Turn away three bolts of 1 and 3 fastenings and remove a back support 2 power units. 27. Turn away a nut of fastening of a transmission to the engine, being over the right flange of a target shaft of differential. 28. Hook on the engine for eyes and pull cables тали, without supposing damage of hoses and wires. 29. Raise the engine a little so that to unload the left support of the power unit, and turn out bolts 2 (fig. in subsection 2.12.7 item 39 see) fastenings of the left support. 30. Lower a transmission 1 so that through a niche of a forward left wheel to get access to bolts of 2 fastenings of an arm of a transmission. Thus watch, that the transmission did not lean against a beam of a forward suspension bracket. Turn away three bolts of 2 fastenings of an arm 3. 31. Turn away the remained bolts and nuts of fastening of a transmission to the engine (fig. the Arrangement of points of fastening of a transmission of type 002 to the engine see). 32. Take away a transmission from the engine and lower it, inclining its appropriate amount and wringing out the engine in the opposite direction.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Establish a transmission upside-down. At installation of levers of a drive of a gear change enter ползун 8 (fig. Fastening of cables of a drive to a transmission see), 2 choice of transfers established on the lever, into gearing with the lever of 7 inclusions of transfer. Check up level and if necessary add oil in a transmission.
