11.8.10. Removal and heater installation

THE GENERAL DATA

Removal of the right support of an arm of the panel of devices

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug - the storage battery. 2. Merge a liquid from system of cooling of the engine or press taking away 1 and bringing 2 (fig. Connection of hoses to a heater radiator see) hoses of a radiator of a heater (if a heater radiator remove for replacement, it is necessary to merge a liquid). 3. From outside a motor compartment mark position of a branch pipe 4 radiators of a heater and turn away a bolt of 5 its fastenings. Take out a branch pipe and together with hoses put aside. 4. Muffle apertures in a heater radiator. 5. Remove the floor console. 6. Remove the panel of devices (subsection 11.6 see). 7. Remove an air line 24 (fig. heater Elements see) blowing a windscreen. 8. Remove воздуходув 6 central snuffled. 9. Disconnect a plait of wires from a support 1 (fig. Removal of the right support of an arm of the panel of devices see) arm of the panel of devices and "a mass" wire. 10. Turn away two top 4 and one bottom 2 bolt of fastening and remove the right support of 1 arm of the panel of devices. 11. Remove an adapter 3 bottom air lines. 12. Disconnect колодку 4 (fig. Removal of the fan of a heater see) with wires from the heater fan. 13. Remove the control panel a heater, having disconnected from it колодку with wires and drive cables (subsection 11.8.7 see). 14. Turn away a bolt 1 (fig. air line Fastening blowing feet of the driver) fastenings see and remove an air line 2 blowing feet of the driver. 15. Shift upwards an arm of fastening and remove it with the block of 3 managements of system "Comfort" (if it is established) from a heater casing. 16. On models with an electroheating element 2 (fig. a heater Radiator see) disconnect колодку 11 with wires from a plait on the left side of a heater and "a mass" wire 10. 17. Turn away three bolts 4 (fig. air line Fastening blowing feet of the driver see) heater fastenings on the left side. 18. Disconnect колодку 3 (fig. heater Fastening on the right side see) from the additional resistor of a heater. 19. Turn away two bolts of 2 fastenings of a heater on the right side. 20. Remove a heater from the car. 21. Establish a heater upside-down. Before installation of the panel of devices check up correctness of work of a heater. Establish branch pipes according to earlier made marks, densely having inserted them into a sealant on a board передка. 22. Check up level and if necessary add cooling liquid (at replacement of a radiator of a heater fill in a new liquid in system of cooling of the engine).
