PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before the check beginning check up safety locks and faulty replace. Then switch off ignition and disconnect all consumers of the electric power (a headlight, a radio tape recorder, the fan, etc.).
2. Remove the top casing of the engine (subsection 2.1 see).
3. Put forward a clamp Pads and, having pulled upwards, disconnect колодку from the management block.
4. For check of a feed circuit of hydraulic pump ABS connect at the switched off ignition the voltmeter (a limit of measurements not less than 20) to contacts 1 and 2 Pads.
5. The voltmeter should show pressure, about equal to pressure of the storage battery. Otherwise check up wires from contact 1 to "weight" and from contact 2 to the block of safety locks.
6. For check of a feed circuit of electromagnetic valves connect at the switched off ignition the voltmeter (a limit of measurements not less than 20) to contacts 5 and 6 Pads.
7. The voltmeter should show pressure, about equal to pressure of the storage battery. Otherwise check up wires from contact 5 to "weight" and from contact 6 to the block of safety locks.
8. For check of a feed circuit of the block of management ABS connect at the switched off ignition the voltmeter (a limit of measurements not less than 20) to contacts 23 and 5 Pads.
9. The voltmeter should show pressure, about equal to pressure of the storage battery. Otherwise check up wires from contact 5 to "weight" and from contact 6 to a conclusion 15.
10. For check of the switch of a signal of braking connect at the switched off ignition the voltmeter (a limit of measurements not less than 20) to contacts 5 and 32 Pads.
11. The voltmeter should show pressure less than 1 V.Esli pressure has other value, check up the switch of a signal of braking, and also a wire from contact 5 to "weight" and from contact 32 to the switch of a signal of braking.
12. Then press a brake pedal. The voltmeter should show pressure, about equal to pressure of the storage battery. Otherwise check up a corresponding safety lock.
13. For switch ASR check connect at the switched off ignition the voltmeter (a limit of measurements not less than 20) to contacts 5 and 27 Pads. Include ignitions and ASR. The voltmeter should show pressure, about equal to pressure of the storage battery.
14. Then switch off ASR. The voltmeter should show pressure less than 1 Century Otherwise check up wires from contact 5 to "weight" and from contact 27 to switch ASR, and also switch ASR.
