The prevention

If a belt remove not for replacement before removal, mark a direction of its rotation as at change of a direction of rotation the belt will quickly wear out.


Belt replace in a following order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Models without the conditioner
1. Remove the top casing of the engine (subsection 2.1 see).
2. At engines with pressurisation remove collars 4 and the top air line 6 with a hose 8 of a motor compartment (fig. the Motor compartment see).
3. A key 1 turn clockwise a tension roller 6 to weaken a belt tension. Keeping a roller, remove a belt (2 – the tension device; 3 – a generator pulley; 4 – a belt of a drive of the generator; 5 – a pulley of a cranked shaft).
4. Check up an inhaling of bolts of fastening of the generator and the tension device. Check up ease of rotation of a tension roller 6 and a pulley 3 generators, they should rotate easily, without jammings.
5. Keeping the tension device 2, put on a new belt 4 pulleys of a cranked shaft 5 and the generator 3 and release the tension device. The tension device will automatically pull a belt.
6. Start up the engine and check up belt work.
Models with the conditioner
7. Remove грязезащитный an engine guard, having turned away the screws of its fastening shown by arrows in drawing (fig. of Grjazezashchitnyj an engine guard see).
8. Turn away a bolt 3, remove collars 4 and then the bottom air line 1 with a hose 2 (fig. the Bottom air line of pressurisation see).
9. A key, as is shown in drawing, turn clockwise a tension roller to weaken a belt tension. Keeping a roller, remove a belt.
10. Check up an inhaling of bolts of fastening of the generator, the compressor of the conditioner and the tension device. Check up ease of rotation of a tension roller and generator and compressor pulleys, they should rotate easily, without jammings.
11. Keeping a tension roller, put on a new belt pulleys of a cranked shaft, the generator and the compressor, then release a roller. The tension device will automatically pull a belt.
12. Start up the engine and check up belt work.
