PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a belt of a drive of the generator (subsection 2.3 see). 2. Remove the generator. 3. Remove a belt of a drive of a camshaft (subsection 2.4.1 and subsection 2.4.2 see). 4. Remove the oil filter. 5. Remove a head of the block of cylinders (subsection 2.7 see). 6. Remove the water pump (subsection 5.5 and subsection 5.6 see). 7. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove oil картер (subsection 3.1 see). 8. At engines of 1 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw:       – Turn away bolts 10 (fig. the Block of cylinders of engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw) and 11 fastenings see and remove a filter 9 and the gauge of 12 detonations;       – Remove a chain of a drive of a camshaft (subsection 2.5 see);       – Remove the oil pump (subsection 3.2 see). 9. At engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kw:       – Turn away a bolt 4 (fig. the Block of cylinders of engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kw) fastenings see and remove the tension device 13 belts of a drive of camshafts;       – Turn away bolts 1 and 3 (fig. of the Detail of the block of cylinders of engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kw) fastenings see and remove the receiver 2 oil pumps;       – Turn away bolts of 15 fastenings and remove the oil pump 14 with a lining 13. 10. At the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kw:       – Remove the oil pump (subsection 3.3 see);       – Turn away bolts 7 (fig. Installation of epiploons of a cranked shaft) fastenings see and remove a forward cover 2 blocks of cylinders. 11. Turn away bolts of fastening of covers of rods (at the engine of 1,4 l, 50 kw – nuts шатунных bolts) and remove covers of rods with loose leaves. If loose leaves are not replaced, mark them on the non-working party not to mix at installation. 12. Cautiously, not to scratch a mirror of cylinders, take out pistons with rods. At engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw preliminary fix sleeves of cylinders from displacement. 13. Turn away bolts of fastening of a flywheel, keeping a cranked shaft from проворачивания. 14. Remove a flywheel, at engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kw remove disks of coupling 9 (fig. of the Detail of the block of cylinders of engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kw see), a guard 10 and a disk 11 gauges of frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft. 15. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove the holder of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft. 16. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove covers of radical bearings, at the engine of 1,4 l, 50 kw the case 2 (fig. the Block of cylinders of engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw see) bearings with loose leaves. At the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kw and the petrol engine of 1,0 l take out the bottom persistent half rings 4 (fig. the Cranked shaft of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kw see) of a cover of the average bearing. 17. Take out a cranked shaft from beds of the block of cylinders. 18. Remove the top loose leaves of radical bearings. 19. Take out the top persistent half rings of a cranked shaft from average bed. 20. By means of a special stripper remove piston rings. 21. Remove lock rings 1 (fig. of the Detail of shatunno-piston group of the engine in volume of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kw see) and take out piston fingers. Remove pistons from rods. The prevention At assemblage do not mix in places pistons, piston fingers and piston rings.
