3. Turn away bolts 21 (Details of a drive of a camshaft see), keeping a cranked shaft from проворачивания, and remove a pulley 20. |
4. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove bottom 19 and average 22 covers of a belt of a drive of a camshaft. |

5. Remove collars and disconnect from the fuel filter hoses of 1 and 2 givings of fuel. Be cautious – fuel can be under pressure. |
6. Remove a broad tank, without disconnecting from it hoses, and will put it aside. |
7. Hook on the engine талью and pull its cables to unload engine support. |

8. Turn away bolts of 1 and 3 fastenings of the right support of the power unit to a body and the engine (2 – a support). |
9. Turn away bolts of 4 fastenings of a back support of the power unit to a transmission (the Back support of the power unit see). |
10. Unfasten latches and remove the top cover 1 (Details of a drive of a camshaft see) belt of a drive of a camshaft. |
11. Lower the engine approximately on 35 mm and turn away the bottom bolt of fastening of an arm 24. |

12. Raise the engine approximately on 45 mm from normal position and turn away two top bolts of fastening of an arm 24. Remove an arm for what at first turn it on an arrow And, and then lift upwards. |
13. Lower the engine in normal position and establish the piston of the first cylinder in ВМТ (subsection 2.2.2 see). After that it is impossible to turn cranked and distributive shaft. On car repair shops adaptation MR 1-301 is applied to camshaft latching, a cranked shaft – Т 10050. |

14. Insert a key 1 in шестигранное an aperture of a tension roller 2 and turn a tension roller counter-clockwise so that it was possible to insert a lock plate 5 (3 – the tension device; 4 – a bolt of fastening of the tension device). |
15. Turn away bolts of 4 fastenings and remove the tension device 3. |
16. Remove a belt of a drive of a camshaft. |
The prevention The tension of a belt of a drive of a camshaft can be regulated only on the cold engine.

17. Loosen the an inhaling of bolts 1 (fig. a camshaft Pulley) fastenings of a pulley 2 see and turn a pulley by means of oval apertures clockwise against the stop. |
18. By means of a special key 1 (fig. the Tension of a belt of a drive of a camshaft see) turn the clown 2 tension rollers clockwise so that its ledge With has reached against the stop Century |
19. Put on a belt a pulley of a cranked shaft, then on a tension roller and a pulley of a camshaft and in last turn on a pulley of the water pump. |
20. Establish the tension device, tighten bolts of its fastening. |
21. A key 1 turn the clown 2 counter-clockwise (a ledge With turns to an emphasis) so that it was possible to take out a lock plate 3. |
22. A key 1 turn the clown 2 clockwise (the ledge With turns to an emphasis) until a backlash instead of it becomes equal 41 mm. The backlash size is convenient for checking, using as calibre a drill in diameter of 4 mm. |
23. Keeping a tension roller in this position, tighten a nut of its fastening in two stages: 1st – tighten the moment 20 Нм; 2nd – tighten on 45 . |
24. Tighten bolts 1 (fig. a camshaft Pulley see) fastenings of a pulley of a camshaft by the moment 25 Нм. Take out adaptations for latching of cranked and distributive shaft if they have been established. |
25. Turn a cranked shaft on two turns and again establish the piston of the first cylinder in ВМТ. |
26. Check up a backlash and (fig. the Tension of a belt of a drive of a camshaft see). If it differs specified (41) mm, again adjust a backlash as it has been described above. Check up installation of the piston of the first cylinder in ВМТ. |
27. Establish all removed details upside-down. |
