4.14. Removal and installation of atomizers

4.14.1. Petrol engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4л, 50 kw
THE GENERAL DATA

Details of system of injection of fuel of petrol engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4л, 50 kw

Fuel stage with atomizers of engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw

1 – a fuel stage;
2 – a sealing ring of an atomizer;
3 – an atomizer;
4 – an atomizer clamp;

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the plug - the storage battery.
2. Remove the top casing of the engine (subsection 2.1 see).
3. Turn away bolts 18 and remove an inlet branch pipe 17 from an inlet pipe of the engine.
4. Remove the holder 5 (fig. the Fuel stage with atomizers of engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw see) wires of atomizers, having disconnected Pads from atomizers and from a plait of wires.
5. Disconnect топливопровод 16 (fig. of the Detail of system of injection of fuel of petrol engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4л see, 50 kw) from a fuel stage 15.
6. Turn away bolts of fastening and, having pulled a fuel stage 1 (fig. the Fuel stage with atomizers of engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw see) along axes of atomizers, remove it. Thus atomizers should leave apertures in an inlet pipe of the engine and remain on a stage. If any atomizer remained in an inlet pipe, it is necessary to replace its sealing rings 2 and a clamp 4.
7. Remove clamps of 4 atomizers.
8. Having pulled, take out atomizers 3 of a fuel stage 1.
9. Replace clamps of 4 atomizers if will find out on them cracks.
10. Replace the sealing rings of 2 atomizers torn, cracked or lost elasticity.
11. Establish atomizers upside-down, having greased with gasoline their sealing rings.
